[Resolved] Axis Bank — Fraud deduction by axis bank from my account | |||
The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same. The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date. The bank had once in past, deducted the money for failed transaction after 12hrs the failure of transaction and also they refused the request to block the card at that time, saying they cant block the card. The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level. Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date. "hello! Your a/c no 3*22 has been debited by rs 7745.73 on[protected]. The a/c balance is rs 4560.39. Info: brn-pymt-card-451457*00" You can clearly find that the transaction is successful even after that they deducted the amount. Today on insisting them for blocking the card they say that if you block teh card you may not receive the deducted amount. I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around. Was this information helpful? | |||
