Axis Bank — fraudulent transactions from same account

Hello,

I had two fraudulent transactions in a span of one week that occurred on my axis bank account without my knowledge.

Ecom pur/google *agrom/[protected]/141019/12:28 - rs.3, 250 on 14 oct 2019

Ecom pur/google *agrom/[protected]/201019/12:27 - rs.3, 250 on 20 oct 2019

Below are the suspicious transactions that happened on oct 11 2019

I have an salry account. suddenly 1715 rupees deducted from my Acount as consolidated charges for A/c .it's too high charge please check
