Axis Bank — got no cash from atm but still a debit

Dear sir

On 28/02/2018. From muthoot finance atm in lahoti chowk bikaner rajasthan. I use my atm card for withdrawal rs 500/-but i not receive the money from atm. But i compliant to muthoot finance and same to axis bank, but till date i have not received at all. My account details is mentioned given below
