Axis Bank — harassment: my account freezed from last two weeks | |||
Let me start with use of word harassment, this is simply harassment of customer who is being with this bank from last 10 years, Let me explain the situation, - around end of last year i have converted my existing salary/saving account to nro account in order to do that i have couriered lots of documents which should fulfill all the kyc Requirements. Why my kyc didn't updated at that time that i really don't know. - in process of kyc, i submitted same set of documents which i used while opening/converting it nro account, the visa was expired at the time of application to convert resident to nro also, how you guys converted it to sbnro if the document was not clear in first place. - around 3-4 months ago i return to india to renew my visa and travel back to usa, however due to some personal problems i cancelled my visa renewal plan and re-joined my india branch, i reached to branch and submitted to change my account type to resident form with all required documents. I have also submitted kyc form with all required documents. I have two kids and one is around 3 years old and second one is just six month old, you have to understand how my family is surviving without access to my own hard earn money which i can't use because of your pity rules and worst, slow customer support system. Bankers are more interested in suggesting investment option and ready to send hours on this rather than helping customers to solve there issue related to banking, isn't it amazing! I am really tired by visiting and contacting over phone to branch so many times to solve this issue, and i don't want to continue keeping account in axis bank, please help me to initiate process to clouser of my account and return my money back as soon as possible.
