[Resolved]  Axis Bank — I don't have any axis bank credit card but amount deducted directly from my account

Axis bank has deducted INR 4536 Amount from my account stating BRN-Card Payment without prior intimation on 1 Dec 2021. I donot have any axis Bank credit card even. I called the help line, where only paid help line is working. After waiting for 45 min, the executive says please call in the morning as concerned team will only be available in the morning.
Feeling cheated by axis bank. Attaching the mail of the screenshot.
