I have applied for FASTAG on July 19 2020 and I haven't received any wallet information and the money is Debited from my Axis Bank account. No response and sheer carelessness from Axis etc team and Axis customer service team. When I call up call center, they tell me none of my details ( phone number, car number, email address) are registered with them. And then they say they will send service request on my phone number (which never happened), they asked me to submit RC and Pan card for registration of email addresses and when I submitted those, they are non responsive now. Pathetic treatment to long loyal customer of axis bank. Very disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |
