Axis Bank — I have complaint about account activation

Hi,
I have submitted my application and all other documents to open a salary account in your branch and later I have received the application number through SMS .

Still my account is not yet activated,
And I didn't find any web page of axis bank to get the status of my application.
Please take proper action.
