[Resolved] Axis Bank — I have paid total amount of my credit card | |||
Sir, As per the discussion had with axis bank credit card department and settled the amount as per mail sent but still these bank people are asking for more money to close. I have closure letter given as per the letter i have paid the amount 30000 + but still they have not closed my account. My credit card no is - [protected]. Name - rajesh v nayar. Yes i agree i was in big problem my father / brother died & mother hospitalised i was not able to go for work for 1 year i was at home with my family. Its my problem bank don't care i agree but after giving settlement amount axis bank people still demanding for more money which i don't wish to give because its cheating. Credit mantra also took money from me stating to resolve my issue but they demanding more money. Was this information helpful? | |||
