[Resolved] Axis Bank — I'm complaining about the consolidate charges deduction | |||
I was to receive a cash prize of 7000 rs. In my axis bank savings account. I had already received the amount on 16th may but I didn't get any notification for that on my registered mobile number. Today I got a message from the axis bank that a total of 6444 rs. Have been debited from my account as gst charge and consolidated amount. This was a great shock to me. I am a student and I was waiting for those 7000 rs. Since I have to pay my rent and other bills. But the bank didn't give me any notification that the amount has been credited. However the bank gave me the notification that an amount of 6444 rs. Has been debited. Contact no.
