Axis Bank — improper behavior & unavailability of cash in bank | |||
My self from aditya engineers holding current account in ghatlodia branch - axis bank 1335 is branch code - ahmedabad gujarat This is with reference to difficulties faced in fast few months few of them are listed below 1. Unavailability of cash in bank upto almost 12pm morning... No proper action taken by bank for arranging cash to come earlier or raising a request for same at least during festival days 2. As govt has approved saturday sunday holiday, on monday there is huge rush in bank but only one cashier is available, which fails for smooth operations 3. Holding account in ghatlodia branch since 3 years, i have observed that staff keeps on rotating which is good but again they are replaced by newly appointed staff, who merely have idea about computer software or pass book printing or ppf account statements... 4. For every team, smooth service and operations, branch head and operation head must be good...in ghatlodia branch previous branch operation head was mr nayan but again now replaced by lady ms hiral (Not sure with name) is totally rude and not trained to deal with customer, she is always loud and answer to any of our questions are weird and rude which is totally not acceptable I have my ppf account with ghatlodia branch but till date ghatlodia branch staff are not trained or aware to get the statement of my account even once a year... Everytime officer say we have to send this request to vastrapur branch as it is our main branch... I finally approached vastrapur branch for same, the answer from department was we cannot open your account or statement over here as it is openend in 1335 ghatlodia brach... Have few accounts with axis bank in ghatlodia branch named 1. Aditya engineers 2. Manthan patel And 2 more accounts Summary or request to taken actions at earliest 1. Need new or second trained cashier, total 2 cash windows as this is bank is over crowded 2. Replacing of operation head (Lady) with new eligible person who knows all process and know how to deal with customer and also can maintain relations with clients 3. Arrangements of cash from chest earlier around 10am morning so that we can withdrawal our own money whenever we want... 4. Training to staff for ppf statements and process Overall services this days is getting worst... Any of your representatives can come. Over surprise inspection and take random survey at branch... Ask customer... Every second customer is unhappy with axis bank services and mainly branch operation head Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, recently before one month ago i apply cc limit loan from your bank. I submitted all required documents .and they said your loan approved within one week now no one can answer me .

I have a made transaction through net banking on 16/10/2017. Amount has deducted from account but i did'nt receive amount to my mobile.
