Axis Bank — imps transaction is in suspect status | |||||
Hi team, I have done imps transaction of rs.7000 on 3rd july, 2017 to corporation bank beneficiary. But the beneficiary didn't receive any amount. The transaction has been failed. But, the amount has been debited from my account. I raised a complaint through customer service. I have been calling them for a long time. But, there is no positive response. They are just saying the complaint has been closed. They are not giving any solution. Just saying it's been raised to the wrongly concerned people... So, we closed it. I need to know where it is written that spouse has no right to check loan details n complaint. If a person is giving u every details of applicant n saying that i m his spouse then what is the issue in resolving that applicant problem.
