Axis Bank — internet banking error | |||||
I have been using axis bank for while, internet banking option was enabled before 3-4 years.. It was working fine earlier but recently i am seeing strange error while logging. Moment i submit username and password followed by security question its allows me to get in for few milliseconds then following error is being displayed, with 7 possible reasons.. This is rubbish software development. Doesnt even give any clue about error.. I went to branch on wednesday, it took me 30 minutes to explain staff about error. Strange thing is i am able to access internet banking from speed banking machine in branch.. Error is only applicable from desktop intenet browser.. I reproduced error in front of staff in their computer. They asked me to submit complain.. I did but no response whatsoever..
