Axis Bank — issuance of new pan card

Dear sir,

I had applied the new pan card for my sons animesh bisen and send dully filled application on 04/07/2018 to pan pdc incharge, indraprastha ho, new delhi (110002). I have not got the card yet and no information from your end. I have paid the fee as informed via website rs 107/ for this.
Sir, we are very frustrated for this.
Please do the immediate solution.
