Axis Bank — lap emi presentation
With reference to the Complaint no.[protected] and Loan No. PCR[protected] I have been continuously been following and been harassed by bank on 2 accounts.
Last month my EMI due on 10th was not presented for payment to my HDFC account, when I called bank helpline on 12th the system was not updated and they had no clue. Later they called after 2 days asking for payment, saying bank returned the same. To which I have cross checked with HDFC and my account more than adequately funded and the ECS was not presented to them. While I remitted the amount through NEFT the next day, I asked for an email with written reason for return, which has not come till date. Also I have updated my email through the app and call centre, the same is also not updated. THe Executive was hesitant in giving a complaint number, which after 3 calls I recd from ANITA.
Also. the HDFC bank is not able to figure out as the only verbal communication I recd. was bank says it-EXCEEDS ARRANGEMENT. Please share a detailed with return instructions from HDFC. Secondly, I was told to send my bank statement showing I had balance, but I was not given an email id to write to? I was also told that someone will collect new NACH/ECS form tomorrow but over 10 days have passed but no one has contacted me.
The cheque bounce charges, though should not be levied as its bank mistake, were again paid and I received confirmation SMS that same was credited to my account on 26th Feb. Still till 6th March I keep getting calls for same.
It is causing undue harassment, and I don't have a resolution for the new EMI is due on 10th. So will it go through same process or will it be unattended
