[Resolved] Axis Bank — Lethargic experience of axis bank ravet branch code 3144 | |||
Myself prajakta rudrawar from ravet pune. I have several accounts in axis bank from last so many years so wanted to open one current account in axis bank ravet branch, pune (Branch code 3144). But i had very bad experience with this branch. Case 1- On 29/5/2017 i have visited branch office first time for getting details of required documents. But till 8/6/2017 they have made us busy with so many papers and stamps. On 9/6/2017 my form sent from ravet branch to mumbai for further process. After 3 days they have called us and asked to do some documentation again as query raised by head office. This was the first time. I have called customer care for the same and my complaint no. Was 31882771. I have submitted papers but after 2 days again i have received call from the ravet branch to submit some papers as new query raised by head office. This was second time. Again i called customer care and my complaint no. Was 31897191. Second time also i have submitted all papers to the branch office. But height of lack of knowledge and training by axis bank staff third time i have received call from the branch again saying that there is a query raised by head office. This was third time. My third complaint no. Is 32065378. I have started process of opening current account on 29/5/2017 and till today on 25/6/2017 i have not received my account number. This is really worst experience with axis bank till now. I have called and asked branch on 17/6/2017 to return my papers and form as i don't want to open account in your branch now. But they said just give us one day we will get it complete. I am so much fed up with such lethargic attitude by axis bank staff. Due to this wastage of time in opening account we had big loss of business opportunity and dis satisfaction from our customer end. Now i want it should be refunded by the axis bank itself. I am ready to provide necessary papers for that. My application no. [protected] Name - fortune specialty products Case 2- We have one current account of our society with the same branch, ravet branch, pune (Branch code 3144) Account no. [protected]. I have visited branch from the month of march2017 to do the changes in signatory of our account. But in several everal visiting staff gave me excuses that they don't have the required form, one from was they brought for me but i got late etc etc. On 29/4/2017 finally i have received signatory change from the branch and we have done all the required formalities. So many times i have visited branch for the same., but the answer from there side was it will take so much time from head office as it is very important work. On 23/6/2017 when i raised my complaint with cluster head for the same, i have received call from the branch saying that they want one stamp on that signatory change form. It was shocking to know that for me the form want not send to mumbai for further process. It was laying with branch from 29/4/2017 till 25/6/2017. Really very bad experience with the axis bank. Now i want to close all my 9-10 accounts from axis bank and transfer it to such bank which will have importance of customers account. But before it i want to raise this issue with the sensible officer of the axis bank who will take some serious action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
