Axis Bank — lien amount locked and still not released
Hi axis bank,
I am having salary account with you since almost 3.5 years.
Since last 2 months some amount is getting locked into lien amount.
I tried to call customer care but as usual they out my call on hold and then got disconnected.
Even i visited my branch and after long investigation they were unable to answer actual answer of lien amount.
What really i can do now?
I think next step is to make complaint in rbi and consumer court.
Replace your [censored] employee or atleast train them how to assist your customer.
No mail response... No resolution over call... No resolution on branch visit...
