[Resolved] Axis Bank — lien marked on savings account towards credit card outstanding | |||
Customer id[protected] I have a credit card with axis bank, i requested for extension due to job loss and it was denied, i transferred money to my axis bank account so i can pay my dues Credit card team marked a lien of my entire credit card outstanding on my savings account thus stopping me from using my savings account I spoke to the collection team and paid the minimum due so the lien can be removed but even after payment they did not remove lien When asked the collection team asked me to send an email so the amount frozen in my account will go towards credit card payment I did that too and the money is still frozen in my axis savings account Lien not removed and i can't use the credit Axis didn't deduct it towards credit card either My money just lies there useless Customer support is useless as they keep sending me same templates over and over to make payments Was this information helpful? | |||
