Axis Bank — misbehavior of staff | |||
I am customer of AXIS bank since last 20 years. Today i.e. on 7.7.18 at 10:05 hrs., I visited Axis bank branch located at Maredian complex, Diwalipura branch, Vadodara regarding query regarding PAN Card updating of Jt holder. There was no customer with customer executive at one desk, I asked her regarding my query, She asked me to sit and was doing her pending work. On asking she replied that server is not working. I asked her whether pan card updating can be done on line or not she replied that I don’t know. She was not at all giving satisfactory answer to my queries, She asked me to come with Jt holder for signature. There was no name plate available for her, On asking several times she given name as Ankita Nayak. I asked for branch manager, surprisingly branch manager was busy in eating Samosa with other employees in another room; It was 10:15 in clock. On asking to solve my problem, branch manager replied that I can’t talk to you as I am busy with eating Samosa, You wait outside I will talk to you afterwards. Then I left the bank without solving my problem. It is requested to take necessary action against responsible employees with notification to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
