Axis Bank — misbehaviour and harassment by bank manager and staffs of andul branch ifsc: utib0000874 | |||
Respected sir/madam, Today 16/11/17 i got a rs 20000 self cheque from s muktar garments a/c no [protected] and went to near by axis banks andul branch whose ifsc number is utib 0000 874 near about 11.30 am and standing on line, when my terms came the cashier told me that i must have to provide my identity proof card, i tried to convince them that right now i have no id proof with me please give me the money because i was came from south sankrail which is 7 km from the branch but the cashier did not accept my prayer. I came back to my home and take the election commission card and make xerox of it and attach it with the cheque and again standing on line at 1 pm near about. The cashier was giving me 10 rs notes 20 bundles of rs 20000, i repeatedly praying to her please do not give me 20 bundles of 10 rupees bundles because i had to go near by bankra fabrics wholesale market to purchase fabric so how i could i carry those 20 bundles? Is it possible sir? Then the cashier threatening me that if i did not accept those 20 bundles then i have to wait until 3 pm to get 100 rs note or else go to the manager:s office and ask him about the payments. I went to the managers room and asked him as mentioning sir please do some thing i was waiting to long and the cashier threatening me to wait until 3 pm. Then manager told me that he has nothing to do with this problem. I shouted for a while i am accepting my fault due long harassment i was loos my control, i beg apology but the manager mr aninda sarkar by himself went to the cashier cabin and ordered her not to make payment me. One person sitting at his office threatening me to bit in the office if i uttered any single word. He threatening me to forcefully he will wipe out me from the branch if i did not leave the branch. No sir my question is where is my fault? Why they were harassing me so long? Why they were threatening me for physical abuse? I am asking you to check the cc tv footages from 11.20 am to 2 pm then you will find the main story whether i am telling the truth or i am telling lie. This type of manager like mr aninda sarkar the cashier and the unknown person is ruining the fame of axis bank and harassing us. Please ask any of andul branch ifsc code: utib 0000 874 about their customer satisfaction about the services provided by those staffs and manager mr aninda sarkar who are appointed for giving service not ruining the fame of axis bank. My request is please check the cc tv footage and take strong action against them. I am attaching the photo copy of that cheqe and my id card. I have my salary ACC.in axis Bank but they have levied me consolidated charges in mid of the month I.e., 12 November 2017, and deducted from my account. So kindly give the reason why it was deducted as bank charge 200 ₹ yearly service charge for transaction facility.
