Dear Axis Bank Team, I would like you to reverse this Transaction. App: Dot to Dot Amount: Rs 4000 Date of Purchase: July 8 The features I was looking for is not available in the App. Right now, I am sitting in a Hospital. My Dad had Neurosurgery. When I called Axis Bank yesterday, they asked me to submit a complaint. I have also written to the Owner of Mobile App who deducted Rs 4000. It's Urgent. Pls help me.
