Axis Bank — money deducted from account but not credited in beneficiary account | |||
Hello!!! I am writing this complaint about issue by transaction through bhim application, i have credited (10000 + 10000) in my friend account through bhim application, money deducted from my account, and showing pending transaction but my friend dint get money, i have called around 15 times in one day to bhim application customer care, no one is answering (I think think there are manpower issue) also called in axis bank, they told this (Bhim) application is third party application, we are not responsible for issue. I have made imps transaction on 08th December 2017 for the amount rs.15000 from my axis account to sbi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money.
