[Resolved] Axis Bank — money deducted from account but not dispensed from atm machine of indus bank | |||
I have an account in Axis Bank and using its ATM Services, On 5th Nov 2017, I used the Axis Debit card in Indus Bank ATM Machine in evening time at Sec 49 Saphire Mall, Gurgaon. My Account was debited with Rs 10000/-, but no money was dispensed from ATM. I had made the FIR and also lodged complain with Bank of Ombudsman. Its been past 7 month but no action taken from either the Bank side nor the police. Moreover i requested for the CCTV footage also so that i could get the clarity that if amount has been deducted than money should also have been dispensed sooner or later but before the transaction timed out but there was no information. I humbly request that my money should be refunded and the CCTV footage should please be presented so that i should also get a clarity that which party is in default. Bank of Ombudsman closed the issuing claiming that account has been debited so Bank is not at fault. Was this information helpful? | |||
