[Resolved]  Axis Bank — My account is inaccessible

I have a Axis ASAP account which I cannot access by mobile banking. They deduct amount for debit card but does not send it to my address. Now they have blocked my all debit card incluiding my virtual debit card also. Now I can not access the account by any process. I have balance in the account but they are deducting it continuously in different way of charges. I contacted with customer services they told me to visit my quoted branch of axis bank. But after I visited the branch they told me that any information or details of this account can not be accessible by branch.
