[Resolved] Axis Bank — My account is inaccessible
I have a Axis ASAP account which I cannot access by mobile banking. They deduct amount for debit card but does not send it to my address. Now they have blocked my all debit card incluiding my virtual debit card also. Now I can not access the account by any process. I have balance in the account but they are deducting it continuously in different way of charges. I contacted with customer services they told me to visit my quoted branch of axis bank. But after I visited the branch they told me that any information or details of this account can not be accessible by branch. Now I am extreemly helpless to retrive my diposited money from the account. Please, help me in any way as possible. My name is Babli Das, account no is. As per their policy after closing of Account nothing can be done to re-open that. Even if they close your account without concerning you. However after complaining here they contacted me to collect DD of remaining balance of my account and I have collected that.
