[Resolved] Axis Bank — my account was closed due to pending kyc without intimation | |||
I have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. My account got working on the first day and now after 11 months o[censored]sing my account suddenly on 17th nov 2019 my account was closed due to pending kyc but i didn't got any kyc update from bank before nor i got any mails or calls then how i am supposed to turn back to bank. Even the basic procedure of partial freezing was not done before closing my account and now i have been asked to collect the demand draft from bank for my balance amount in close account but where i am supposed to use that demand draft when i don't have any alternate amount. And now i can't even open new account as it is showing some errors Was this information helpful? | |||
