[Resolved] Axis Bank — negative balance reflecting rs.4000/- | |||
My mother's account balance is showing rs.-4000/-, she left her job before 2 year back and her company had opened a salary account and not stated any thing that she need to maintain minimum balance on that time. As per rbi rules no any bank can take charges from customer of minimum balance requirements. Pl close my account as soon as possible. I have savings account in axis bank.they have deducted 653 rps as consolidated charges charged by axis bank.without telling the people it's unfair

Hi, I had 669Rs in my account. Suddenly Axis bank deducted 215+38Rs as consolidated amount from my account. It's my salary account. How come u guys deduct 250Rs?
