[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Lien amount & consolidated charges

Before 31st of December'16 my account is on -ve balance(lien charges) of 16722 against the credit card payment and on 30th salary is credited in my account. So, the amount Rs. 16722 is automatically debited. But its not credited in my credit card. Its almost 2 months and still Axis bank doesn't resolve the query and 20/02 they put again lien amount of 1240 Rs.

They put -ve balance of 1240 Rs against the consolidated charges which I am completely unaware. What is this consolidated charges. I have made payment for all the Lien amount but still they make my account in -ve balance.

Daily messages are coming that my account has negative charges and which is increasing day by day and they have never communicated about the negative charges and please waive my charges and close the account asap.

hello, my ac no is [protected], i have my salaried ac in hoskote branch, bangalore, since 3 years, recently within 5 moths due to low balance, cts charges and consolidated charges bank charged me 9125 rs. which is very huge amount for a small income person like me, i did talk with my branch manager but his response was very harsh and disappointing. its my humble request to at least wave 3/4 some money. i will maintain minimum acc balance and make sure no such things happen in future. kindly do resolve my problem asap, as i am having critical financial condition. my email id - talk2engineer.[protected]@gmail.com ph- [protected]

I apply to cheque book request, but lien code issues so not accept my cheque book request, so please clear this issue

Bank has marked lien on my savings account against late payment of dues of Credit Card bill. Now I have paid all bills of Credit card still lien marked is not removed from savings account.
