[Resolved] Axis Bank — Negligence in service and miss-management of my two home loan account | |||
Hello, I'm really struggling with a problem with AXIS BANK since year 2011, they don't hear me at all. I visited their branch atl east 10-12times. They always say we'll sort your issue. Now the situation is such that I'm sruggling with my financial crisis. I need sincere support. Here. Find below the mail details which I sent to them on 5-Dec-2013. they responded me back after a month, then call me to thier branch, and promised me to sort out the issue. But again, not responding since Week. Find below the mail details which I last sent to Axis Bank: Hello Bank, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have expressed my concern over the bank mismanagement on my two home loan accounts with AXIS bank. I visited to RAC Delhi branch and given application, to make things clear, but banker never taken seriously. Now, I really got land-up into difficult situation. As the finance amount from my one loan account completely got exhausted and in the another loan account only 50% amount disbursed. This had happen twice earlier also that banker did wrong disbursement of amount from one of my loan account to another builder, after four months, I came to know that the builder didn’t get payment, on analysis I found that banker disbursed the amount to the wrong builder, then the banker rollback the transaction and disbursed again to the correct builder. At that time, I got the penalty from builder and also banker charged interest on that wrong disbursed amount. I wrote application in RAC Delhi and I personally visited and discussed with the manager, they said they will follow-up and will roll back the interest charged and also settle down the issue. But it seems not. Now, it’s completely chaos for me and I’m lost what’s going on and I’m not able to understand anything. Recently in 3rd Week of November 2013, I request to disburse Amount Rs. 314, 009/- . This amount was supposed to disbursed from my loan account (i.e.PHR[protected] against “3C builder”, as demand note was from “3C builder”, but bank again disbursed from my “Antriksh Builder” loan account (i.e. PHR[protected] and now the situation is such that there is no amount left in my loan account PHR[protected] and I have to pay around 20% to Antriskh builder, but already 95% amount got disbursed from this account. Now, I’m wondering how I’ll be able to pay 20% to the Antriksh builder. I lost my confidence on the operation of this bank. It’s completely in chaos situation. I’m not confident that all my last transactions were managed properly by the banker. I’m going to log a complaint in the consumer court again this negligence in service and putting in difficult situation. In the beginning of this year, regarding the issue I personally discussed this issue with one of your executive Mr. Vijay Sharma Delhi RAC and he promised me that situation will be settle down and the wrong interest will be reversed back and there will be no further miss management, but I’m amaze to see that no any action was taken. How bank can ignore such issues. Now, I completely lost that what amount bank given to which builder. I need kind of justice on this issue. I want banker to clear each and every thing on this situation… I recently applied for loan transfer to another bank as I lost my trust, but then I found the situation is very worse. If I transfer with this chaos situation then it’ll be more difficult, therefore I stopped the loan transfer temporarily, as I wanted to get clear everything, then I’ll transfer to another bank. For your reference, please find attached the copy of bank documents which I got from the banker during the loan sanction and initial statements. I need senior management engagement here in analyzing this issue, if I don’t get crystal clear report with well explanation within a limited time, then I’ll log case in consumer court. Following are the points against which I need actions from Axis Bank: - I want bank to settle down the issues with clear explainable report - Revert unnecessary interested charged in the past due to banker miss management - Pay the late payment penalty of the builder which I paid, or will pay - Clear picture before I transfer my loan to another bank, I saw the “Statement of Account” which bank sent me for transfer and I see few transactions are still mishandled - I putted lots of efforts even taking leaves from my office in settling down the issue, all my effort goes in vent, as bank ignored my concerns. Try to understand the Financial transactions through the Statement of accounts from Bank and Builder. Here the Bank should revert back the Interest charged along with the Delayed penalty which was charged by the Builder.
