[Resolved] Axis Bank — no regular statements and no response on customer care | |||
My self RAHUL SAHNI having axis bank credit card . two days before i am doing my reservation on irctc and i did not able to take ticket due to some error but i can deduct rs 1506/- from my credit card. i checked my booked ticket history but there is no record for rs 1506/-and previous two months back i did not get rs 595/- back. what can i do, i go to my nearest axis bank branch but they fail to help me and give the customer care no.from afternoon approx one hour i am calling on axis customer care but i am frustated of this. ur customer care service is so worst i cannot explain, it is truley for free persons not for working people u call whole day but u dont get ur solution.please make easy to reach u .my email id rahulsahni.[protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
