[Resolved]  Axis Bank — payment refund from credit card

Hello

As i am a regular customer of axis bank credit card which used the last couple of years however i never faced this issue in the past when i did pay for my last outstanding using axis bank app at 8th april 2019, my balance was already deducted hence the amount didn't receive by axis credit card and second day 9th april they deducted full outstanding from my account because of auto deduction for bill was enable. When i called to customer care for refund one amount on my bank account they raised a request which follows: 50624873.
After 20 minutes of a long conversation, the customer care executive assured me that she talked about taking care of priority as i explained my urgency to her however, they didn't give any priority to my request as she promised me.
After 4 days (96 hours) of wait, the refund is still not done when i called to customer care again he is telling me its already approved and it will take 24 hours more to reflect in my account and he hold my call i waited 10 minutes still he keep hold my call.
I wanted to to know such kinds of the rude behavior of axis credit card customer care executive and why this much time you are taking for this small process.
Did you take money from another planet to refund? Its almost one week still i don't get my refund.
Once i will get my payment i would like to stop my axis card because of this fraud behavior did by axis.

Sir last fews days my axis bank account charge cuttiong consaluagated charge cutting now TIP/SCG.VISA.POS. DT. Charge cutting daily. Why this charge apply for with out my infomation cutting.
