Axis Bank — personal loan bad response

My name is n. Prakash from tirupur district, tamilnadu. I apply personal loan for axis bank ltd on last month. After applying personal loan executive staff make an calls from mumbai and he gave more salary, personal deteils from my self. And after he forward my calls to coimbatore branch. That person contacting myself and get my id cards xerox and get salary certificate. And he said we will give amount with in 4 days but now no respond my calls. Kindly know reason for not supporting.
