[Resolved] Axis Bank — Poor website performance. Not able to pay credit card bill | |||||
I am existing customer of axis bank. I have to pay axis credit card bill payment. Whenever i am trying to login on website it is always keep moving cursor in circle and then show time out. All other website are opening very well. I generally get time to pay bill only after 10pm. Axis bank have such a poor website that everytime it waste my lot of time and once i get frustrated with lot of try then i always miss to pay the bill. This bank is so huge but having very worst online service. Don't even have shame to improve it since long time. Every day i face same challenge. Due to this i suffer a lot. Can we claim some compensation for such suffering? I want to challenge a case on this behalf. My every minute is precious and their poor services are suffering me mentally and physically wasting my time as well. I need compensation for such poor services. I am trying website on 28jun2017. But it is same poor performance and not even able to login after 10pm. Bad services continues daily. Please suggest how to proceed further to do case on this bank.
