Dear sir/madam,
The processing fee of 5750 is debited from my account ([protected]) for application number[protected] with cheque number “78529” without informing me.
I have said to the representative that before putting the cheque for clearing i need to be informed.
I don’t want my loan application to be processed further and want my processing fee to be refunded to my bank account.
Even though i asked the bank representative to confirm the eligiblity amount and then go on with further proceedings. They have put the cheque without informing and amount is debited from my account on 04 july 2017.
You can cross verify with representative (Rayudu) and team leader (Prasad).
I accept to fix this issue as soon as possible.
Please do the needful.
