Sir i got a message from axis bank for transaction alert rs. 1699 deducted from credit card. How can you deduct without proper notice and please deactivate eccp assistance service, kindly refund my amount,
I had complaint for this last year but nothing any action for this.

:Sir/Madam, I have purchased Credit card from AXIS Bank on 10.08.2018. In 20.08.2018 i have received message from ECPP Assistance for your Credit card account debited 1, 649/- by ECPP assistance. Without my permission One assist Charged 1649/- from my Credit card account after that i have called One assist Complaint Number for Cancellation of My insurance policy and refund the amount there is no response from one assist Kindly Cancel the policy my mobile number [protected]
