[Resolved]  Axis Bank — refund for in unprocessed transaction

I made a transaction at flipkart for flight booking on 30-september 2019 but transaction got failed as confirmed by flipkart that they didn't received the money and still there is no refund more than 7 working days already passed. Even i contacted the axis customer care as well but didn't receive a satisfactory answer as well as no fixed date given for

I was asked to raise a ticket, I did through web chatting with executive within 2 days I got refund

No action from Axis Bank has been yet taken, even I didn't get any mail, message or any notification from bank, also bank has not replied here as well already 18 days are completed for transaction but no response and now Flipkart has clearly stated that they have not received single Paisa for my transaction, please take a action asap.

I have ASAP zero account on Axis bank
RS 548.70 is deducted from my account, deducted details was consolidated charge showing on my Axis Bank account .
So why my money was deducted ???

Please reverse my amount 548.70
