My name is Sai Murari and I had ordered ( BLACK+DECKER BW16 1600Watt 125 Bar, 420 L/hr Flow Rate Pressure Washer for Car wash and Home use (Red & Black) ) of Rs. 10250 on 28.08.2020 and on 28.08.2020 I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 28.08.2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 079783 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Axis Bank hasn't solved the dispute yet. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
