[Resolved] Axis Bank — refund not credited my credit card a/c and charged twice time | |||
This is regarding to refund of rs1304/. I have order initiated to flipkart on 18/04/19. Amount is 1203 order i'd od[protected]..in this order two item (683+520) i have cancelled item rs683 immediately. While axis credit card statement showing rs1304 (Wrong amt) and rs683 not credited my credit card, beside this rs520 again deducated on dated 21/04/19. Without any e mail and information on phone. I have request to axis bank to roll back my amount rs1304 but nobody listen. Flipkart say we have claimed only rs520 from bank, talk only with bank. Raj kumar jain Was this information helpful? | |||
