[Resolved] Axis Bank — Refund Not Credited On my Axis Credit Card | |
Hi, I have done a transaction of amount Rs.139940 from Amazon on 9th Sep 2021 using my credit card ending 1494.However I had to cancel the item and a refund was initiated on 11th Sep by Amazon with Refund Reference Number : 000203 .But till today i.e 18th Sep 2021 no amount has been credited back to my credit card.. Have done multiple calls to Axis Bank Customer Care with no result..Ultimately had to file complaint on Axis Bank portal with Service Request No : SAK[protected] Attaching the refund screenshot and mail from Amazon for reference.
