Axis Bank — refund of cancelled train ticket not shown in account

I had cancelled train tickets on 9th Feb, 2018 and the refund has still not appered in the Axis bank account.
I was supposed to get a total of Rs. 1420 as refund upon cancellation of 4 tickets. Refund history on irctc portal shows refunded on 12th Feb, 2018 into PAYTMSDK.
I have enclosed a screenshot of the ticket details and refund history. Please look into the matter and help in securing the refund.
