[Resolved] Axis Bank — refund of debit card amount | |||
I had made a tranction on 14/06/2018 through axis bank debit card which amount is 22408.00 deducted from my accont and credited to yatra.com account but due to any reason on 17/06/2018 I cancelled my booked transaction and my refund amount is Rs. 11, 450.00 which is given by yatra. Com to Axis Bank account and his refund ID is AOGMQC59DAYVO3 and transaction ID is[protected]. Still now I have not get my refund I called many time on your customer care toll free No. to Solve this problem I have yatra mail of refund to my Axis Bank Saving Account but amount is not credited to My Saving Account my problem is not solved and not get a verified answer that what is the problem why Axis Bank is not able to pay my Refund Money or any other reason. Near about above one month is pass way my refund amount is not credited in my Axis Bank Saving Account No. [protected] in Name of Charu Agarwal. So, I requested to you please take a necessary action on this and take action otherwise I will take a strict action in the form of any Govt. Guideline like as Consumer Court or Etc. I have so much tired to call on Axis Bank Toll Free No. and sending Mail to Axis Bank Now Its time to take a strict action in favour of you.
