[Resolved] Axis Bank — Reg-not receiving sms alerts regularly | |||
Dear sir, I am not receiving the message alerts regularly for payal designer boutique (Current a/c-[protected]). My swiping machine mid no is [protected]. Eventhough bank is charging me for message alerts. We hve already raised a complaint to the main branch (Salem-07) but no use. Its very inconvinient for us to know the fund details&really having a very bad service. Plz do solve the issue immediately or deactivate our account. Thank you.
