Axis Bank — regarding home loan

Dear Axis Bank,
Regret to inform you that my home loan is approved on 3nov17 for reference i had attached approval letter and all required documents are submitted accordingly on 12 dec 17 with processing fees INR11800+188.But your executive is not responding me for correct information, he wants bribe to give me this Demand Draft, Kindly look into this on urgent basis and resolve issue ASAP.

For your Information I have all call records of Bank executive Mr. Harender with branch name :Axis Bank Loan Centre University road Meerut (UP) to take a legal action against the bank and executive .

Please find the attached Loan approval letter.
