Sir,
My son while going for study to usa was issued a travel card no. [protected] for single currency from axis bank bariatu branch, ranchi. Our joint account no. Is [protected]. His card was lost and was replaced by card no.[protected]. He could not use this card as it was not responding to the pin no. And more over he was not in need. He surrendered this card for redemption in the month of dec.2017, it was containing 330 usd, approx. Till date we have not received the redemption amount, please look into this matter. My regd. Updated by jeewanmitra Very sorry to face that no attention has been paid to the complaint or request lodged earlier regarding the said travel card, neither the work has been done nor any one from bank has contacted, a shameful disgusting response, pl. look into this.
