Axis Bank — request for refund rs.25000 | |||
Dear sir/madam, Im sivaraman. R and my a/c no.[protected]. Im sumitting mutual fund application on 03.11.2017 at axis bank tambaram branch (Ifsc: utib0000426). The branch assistant manager mr. Ram operation-cso contact no. [protected] and email. Id - ram. Ri guide and advised for the mutul fund details. Then im applied for mutul fund in axis bank tambram brach. Rs.25000 debited in my account on 16.11.2017 for mutul fund. But till dated mutul fund amound not showing in my bank details. After amound debit no response from branch manager. And till date no folio number created for my mutul fund. So, im visited so many time to tambaram branch for this issue. The bank asst. Manager mr. Ram no respond for this issue and no picking my call also. Very worst activity from the branch. Amound debited image attached for your further reference. I want my amound rs.25000.
