[Resolved] Axis Bank — request to close account not processed even after an year | |||
Hi, I visited koramangala 8th block branch lin march 2017 and submitted application to close my savings account. I was told that it will be done in a week and i need not have to do anything further. I stopped using the number associated to that account. So i had no clue that the account is still not closed. Recently i was going through my emails and found that i have been receiving e - mails warning about low balance. I have no proof with me that i submitted the closing request, i also submitted my atm card in the branch. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
