[Resolved]  Axis Bank — reversal of ecs bounce charges of rs.15, 676/- in the loan account no-ppr[protected]

Dear team,

This is to inform you that i am keshab chandra dalai s/o - mr. Natabar dalai, at - alupatana, po-satapada, puri had availed a personal loan of rs.1, 50, 000/- on 23.03.2016 from your chandanpur branch. Also i was informed to pay a emi of rs.3809/- in every month, and accordingly i was paying the same every month by deposit of cash in the loan account no. Ppr[protected] at your bank branch
Now suddenly just before 4 months back i found a number of debit transactions to my loan account during the revision of loan account statement and on accumulation it is a sum of rs.15, 676/-.
Then i visited to your chandanpur branch and asked regarding the same and they replied me that this charges have been levied on me for defaulter in payment of ecs amount payable to your loan account every month.
But i am paying the emi amount in cash every month on time without any delay.
Then the concerned branch manager of chandanpur branch send me to your bhubaneswar branch for reversal of this extra charges of rs.15, 676/-, then i visited to your bhubaneswar branch office for the same and the concerned officer over there told me to give a application at the chandapur branch for the reversal and the amount will be reversed as i have not defaulted in payment in the loan accoount.
Then i gave a application letter regarding the same at your chandanpur branch on dated 23.04.2018, the copy is also attached herewith for your reference, please find the same.
After some days, when i called to the branch manager on this matter, she replied me that my application has been cancelled by the concern authority.

So i want to bring your kind attention on this matter to resolve as soon as possible by reversing my extra and void charges of rs.15, 676/-.

If being a honest and regular customer of your bank, i will be treated like this, then why i will repay the loan to you.

First of all your sales executive didn't informed me regarding the deduction of emi amount from my savings account, also during a period of 2 years i have paid the emi for 24 times at your bank branch but not a single person has suggested me to deposit the same in my savings bank account instead of loan account.
Also your sales executive has not contacted me after the disbursement of the loan rather when i called him, he replied me that he doesn't know me. And also i came to know that when a borrower start default of paying emi, he gets call from your bank and demands the emi amount but in my case i am paying the emi in a wrong way as per your system but i haven't received a single call regarding the same. It means you people are only bother about your emi amount. You never think about the charges. Now a days a sum of rs.15000/- is good amount of salary for a middle class person like me.
My question is why i will be levied such charges, logically i have paid all the emi on time, everymonth. It means my intention was to repay the loan, it may be wrong as per your system but i haven't defaulted a single month.
If i had known about the same had i not deposited in the loan account.

So once again i request you to consider my application for reversal of the extra charges to my loan account.
Orelse guide me the concerned person to whom i should contact.
