I have call in trice from morning in axis bank call centre no solution call get disconnected

I am twice time visit in branch for updation of email id from branch customer service was confirm me your email id is update but till the time i am not able to redeem my loylte point due to my email id is not updated so please do the needful action and get done as early as possible
