[Resolved] Axis Bank — lost money without my knowledge

Axus bank had debit 199 from my account which is [protected] on the date of[protected] and second is[protected] without my knowledge and the message is as shown
Ecom pur/google *dongx/855-83 so pls take action against it my name is imran shaikh and mobile number is-[protected] and pls inform me how to get my money back and i want to stop unwanted transactuon pls help me regarding this complain.

For what I could not understand and not rec'd any revert from bank.
