[Resolved] Axis Bank — rude behavior of cashier | |||
This complaint is against cashier of axis bank at railway road branch kurukshetra, haryana. I mandeep singh waited for 10 mins at cash counter around 2 pm when cashier was not available at the counter, some other employee told me he was on lunch. (Though there is no such process to keep cash counter shut for lunch during working hours still i ignored and waited). After few minutes cashier came and started to attend a person who was way behind my number in the queue. Though i and others were not comfortable but the kind of bonding cashier shown with that person seemed someone from family. Still i kept patience. When my turn came i told cashier to run hands bit faster like earlier as i was already late due to lunch and his favorism to person behind me. On that cashier started giving excuses and started talking rough. Still due to hurry i insisted him to handover me my cash but he gave me small currency on which i insisted to give bigger currency notes. But he refused and started yelling like ' good if you take these notes otherwise you can shut your bank account and i'll make you throw out of bank by calling security. He said i am from a rich background and will see if i uttered a single word. I tried to complain the manager but he was not in office. All this incident is captured in cctvs and i am sure anyone interested in taking any action on this complaint can thoroughly check the gestures and expressions during the incident. Though cashier misbehavior complaints are often at banks but this kind of dadagiri to threaten customer and misbehaving someone in front of staff and other customers. I tried complaining on helpline of axis bank but it turned out of no use as they apologized and asked me to simply mail the manager but i want top management to listen if possible.
