[Resolved] Axis Bank — Rude behaviour by employee | |||||
Dear Team, I visited the bank at around 5:15 pm today. They showed me that bank is closed after 3:30 pm. I requested them to at least check my petty issue of refund not processed as i am not getting any support from the call center. Instead of helping me out he literally shouted at me as if what blunder have i done. They call center executives are not supportive neither the on field employees.
