Axis Bank — Savings Account got Locked

Hi Sir/Madam,

I Mr. Chaitanya Vinnakota had an axis savings account ending with no 4565 from past 6 years i.e, from Oct 2014 to till date. Based on my transactions in my savings account they offered me my zone axis credit card in Feb 2017. Later I moved to Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd and I worked there as a Project Associate(Software Employee) from Apr 2018 to Sep 2019. Due to Health issues of mine and sudden layoffs and cost cutting in the company they terminated so many employees from the organization with out any prior notice period which was 2 months. So I had a discussion with my HR on Sep 5th 2019 and they relieved me on 13th Sep 2019. I paid my axis credit cards dues on or before date every month from Feb 2017 to Aug 2019. But due to Job Lost I didn't paid my dues on time.Even in financial problems I paid Rs 11051 for my axis credit card on 5th Nov 2019 through my Axis Mobile App. Later I paid of Rs 4097 for my axis credit card on 7th Feb 2020 from my SBI account through Phonepe and the transaction id is[protected]. One more collection executive from Axis credit card namely Mr.Gopi came to my home on 11th Mar 2020 and advised me to pay the atleast amount of Rs 5380. I explained my situation and I upload all my office documents to him in whatsapp as I releived from cognizant and I am not doing job and I was in my Job trails for some other companies and I agreed to pay the amount of Rs 5380 by the end of that date.I paid of Rs 5380 through google pay to him from my SBI account for my axis credit card. He also received the amount of Same and raised the receipt immediately to my credit card. On the very next day I noticed my savings account got Lein balance due to outstanding of credit card. I was shocked and immediately I called to Mr. Gopi and asked why my account got Leined even I paid at least amount for credit card. He suggested me to contact Axis credit card customer care and I contacted them immediately and said the payment has been done from my end. they also checked that informed me payment has been updated to your card and "sorry for the inconvenience" caused to me and with in 2 days the lein can be removed automatically as they raised complaint for this. After 2 days again I checked my savings account that Lein was removed. Again after a day they kept lein in my savings account from 15th March 2020 to till date. I was shocked again. I was moved to my home town on the same day for my personal function and I was stucked there due to lockdown was happened in Mar 2020 to Jun 2020. From there I was frequently contacted customer care every week and they informed me they have less no of team due to covid-19 to resolve this issue. I approached so many times to customer care regarding this issue and no one was responded me well. But my Lein was continuing from March to till date. Due to Lock down and Covid-19 my job offers are kept on hold from Mar to till date. I return back to hyderabad on Mid of June 2020 and in trails of my Job. But I didn't receive any offer yet. I contacted Mr Gopi who came to my home to collect the minimum amount for my credit card and explained my savings account got still leined. He said that he lost his job due to covid and he suggested me to contact customer care. I contacted every week but no use. In Mid of Aug to Sep I was in home isolation due to suspicious carona as my doctor advised me to not go out and stay home. On Sep 1st week one more collection executive came to my home from axis credit card and I informed my account got leined unnecessarily. Please check this . he advised me to write a letter to the manager of the credit card collection department Ranigunj Branch and asked me to send it in whats app as I was in home isolation. I did the same but there is no response from Vinodh and Ranigunj Branch. Later in Oct I contacted chat support of Axis credit card for 2 weeks. they asked me to mail to the support team with the required documents and I did still there is no use. I vexed with the credit card department of axis still they didn't resolve the issue and asked me to pay the total outstanding amount of credit card. I was used this card from Feb 2017 to Mar 2020 and paid bills till Mar 2020. Right now I am jobless and I am not in the situation to pay the credit card bill. All my other personal loans and gold loans are tied with the same savings account number which I need to maintain sufficient balance which I was not maintaining because of this Lein. Every month my ECS got bounced and who is the responsible for this? I paid the amount of Rs 4097 in Feb and Rs 5380 in Mar. Why they put lein after I paid the amount. If I approached the customer care why they had told me the payment was updated and will remove the lein in 2 days and why they remove the lein after 2 days in march and why they put lein again from march 2020 to till date even in lockdown. I maintained my credit card more than 3 years
in a good manner. My card limit is 45000 and they charged every month 5000 rs from past right now it was showing - 84000 rs in my savings account for credit card. I am not in the situation to do all these things. I paid the amount in Mar 2020. even after receiving the amount they kept my savings account in Lein with out any information. I request you to please take necessary action on credit card department of Axis card and kindly remove the lein from savings account with ending no 4565. Iam attaching all the necessary documents for proofs.
